V-RAY NEXT FOR 3DS MAX

We’re excited to introduce a new major version of V-Ray which builds on everything we’ve learned, while integrating cutting-edge new tech.

Just released May 22, 2018 — We’re introducing some pricing changes for V-Ray Next for 3ds Max and V-Ray Next Render Nodes. The new V-Ray Next for 3ds Max products are now available for purchase, at the pricing below.

  • As a reminder, for customers who have an active V-Ray for 3ds Max term license, you are eligible to receive V-Ray Next for 3ds Max for free.
  • Customers who purchased a V-Ray 3 for 3ds Max perpetual license after December 13, 2017 are eligible for a free upgrade until December 1, 2018This does not apply to V-Ray 3.0 Render Node commercial licenses purchased in a bundle or separately.
  • Only clients with V-Ray 3.0 for 3ds Max will be eligible to upgrade to the next major version. V-Ray 1.5 and 2.0 for 3ds Max licenses are not eligible for upgrades.
  • Clients with active rentals at the time of the official release will get the next V-Ray for 3ds Max free as part of their rental.
  • V-Ray licenses with versions 1.5 and 2 will not be eligible for upgrade to V-Ray Next and will not be supported once V-Ray Next is released.
  • V-Ray Next Render Nodes are compatible with both V-Ray Next & V-Ray 3.0 for 3ds Max.

Online licenses are activated in real time once the order is processed with the developer. Online licensing is fast and secure, giving you the ability to access your new software quickly – and from multiple locations. A stable, uninterrupted internet connection is required. It is possible to borrow licenses and use them completely offline for a limited time (14 days). However, when this period is over, an internet connection is required to renew offline usage of the licenses.
